Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures while maintaining a patient-centered approach in a supportive environment.
Duties- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.- Perform preventative, restorative, cosmetic bread and butter dental procedures- Collaborate with assistants in four-handed dentistry to enhance patient care efficiency.- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with clinic protocols and Epic systems.- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training in areas such as endodontics and medical coding.
Skills- Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical practice.- Experience or familiarity with medical coding practices is advantageous.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all procedures.- A commitment to providing compassionate care and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.

Pay: $179,646.00 - $242,928.00 per year
