Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support the dental team in delivering excellent oral healthcare services.
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION ONLY.
24 hours per week.
Monday, Tuesday, 8AM-5PM Thursday 8AM-4PM.
1 YEAR MINIMUM DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
No experience need not apply.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their need
-Scheduling patients for treatment
-Answering multiphone lines
-Cleaning the office in operatories, waiting room, bathroom, lab, etc.- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Take digital panorex and periapical x-rays- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Maintain accurate patient records
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant for 1 year in four handed general dentistry or specialty- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management- Proficiency in infection control protocols- Strong anatomy knowledge to assist during procedures
-Knowledge in Dentrix a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
