Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care while demonstrating proficiency in various dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of dental health.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, and preventive care.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, oral health education, and post-operative care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices, including familiarity with software such as Epic and Eaglesoft.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and current CPR certification.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, dental terminology, and patient care practices.
Experience or knowledge in patient assessment techniques is preferred.
Proficiency in using medical imaging equipment is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Pay: From $350,000.00 per year
