Dental Front Office $19-23 hourly. - Hawthorne Dental & Braces - Lawndale, CA

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Front Office Employee to join our established multi-specialty dental practice. As a valued member of our team, the ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in the dental field and be a team player with a strong work ethic.
The successful candidate should have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and possess a solid understanding of dental benefit plans. Familiarity with dental codes and terminology is a must. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance benefits
Greeting and checking in patients, and ensuring patient satisfaction
Coordinating with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to schedule.
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all forms are up to date.
