Job Description
Our private, busy and growing office in Chantilly, VA, is looking for a General Dentist for 1 to 2 days a week, Fridays and/or another day of your choice. Pay is 35-40% of collection base on experience. We are a well established office (PPO and fee for service) and only take PPO insurances (no HMO or medicare or medicaid). Our office is located in a well developed area with a good mix of residential homes and office buildings. We are not a part of corporate dental chain.
We are looking for that special provider who takes pride in his/ her work, has a great rapport with patients, and can diagnose and treatment plan correctly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have positive attitude with genuine desire to serve patient, good communication skills, proficiency in diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning, patient centered philosophy, outgoing personality, and enjoys interpersonal interactions with patients. Prefer 2-5 years of experience and general residency is a plus. We value building long term relationships with patients and would like to have someone with the same philosophy.
We offer excellent compensation. We have friendly experienced staff willing to help you become acquainted in the office. Our office utilizes digital x-rays and EagleSoft practice management software.
