At Featherstone Periodontics and Implant Dentistry we have over 30 years of delivering high-quality care. With now four locations, we provide comprehensive periodontal and implant services to all of Northern IL and Southern WI areas. We are looking for a surgical dental assistant to work alongside our amazing doctors in our Janesville and Madison offices. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, outgoing, highly organized, motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

Seating patients and having proper setup for procedures
Anticipating and assisting dentist’s needs at all times
Assist the doctor during patient procedures
Acquire radiographs
Acquire, adjust and save CBCT Scans
Ability to take dental impressions and use an intra oral scanner
Keeping dental units ready, stocked and clean
Complete patient’s chart indicating procedure done today and what procedure is to be completed at next visit
Perform clinical procedures as delegated by the dentist

Schedule:

50% travel required between Janesville and Madison
Mondays: Madison (7:30-4)
Tuesdays: off
Weds: Janesville (7:30-5)
Thursdays: Janesville (7:30-4)
Fridays: Madison (7:30-2)
