JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare patients for dental treatment
Assist chair-side during all dental procedures for Dr. Schwarz
Manage patient care, comfort, and their in-office experience
Take digital x-rays and 3D Scans
Take impressions and pour up models
Make temporary crown and bridges
Take intra-oral pictures
Computer skills are required to navigate the dental office management software
Knowledge of Dentrix will be helpful for the job applicant
Room turn over, instrument sterilization, and infection control
Manage lab cases (communicate with lab whenever necessary)
Maintain inventory and keep treatment rooms stocked and organized
Prepare for and run morning huddles
Basic administrative functions (including scheduling appointments, confirming and patient call backs)
Assist hygiene when needed
Light housekeeping
Great work ethic and excellent communication skills
A willingness to improve talents and learn new ones

Dental Assistant Requirements:

A positive, upbeat attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy

Ability to provide patients with exceptional care

3.5 days a week (average of 27-32 hrs. a week), hourly wages dependent on experience, holiday pay and personal time pay, in-office dental benefits
