Job SummaryOrthodontic Specialty private practice seeking a caring individual to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and upbeat setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clinical support to meet the needs of patients, both children and adults, in order to provide an exceptional patient experience in a sterile, fun professional environment. This role requires a candidate to have excellent communication skills to update parents regarding patient care, be self-motivated, detail oriented, have a gift for working well with others as part of a small, talented, dedicated team.
Duties

Ensuring that the necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Perform medical documentation accurately to maintain patient records and treatment plans.
Support infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Conduct X-ray, and scanning imaging as needed, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Engage in four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during clinical procedures.
Provide assistance with dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies and equipment, and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Contribute ideas to create and develop professional social media content.

Experience

Previous experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred but not required.
