Job Description

We are looking for full-time provider for our 4 day per week very busy clinic in Eugene. This clinic is a high producing clinic with long tenured, well-trained staff. It's a great position for a high producing provider looking for a fast paced, well-paying opportunity. The last provider was making between $445,000 to $525,000.

Compensation: guaranteed $1300 per day or 30% of collections whichever is greater

You will have the autonomy to practice your dental philosophy while the dental management company can help with the management and training of the front office portion of the clinic. This allows you to focus on patient care and back-office efficiencies.

We treat the entire population. Our clinics are a healthy mix of commercial and Medicaid patients. Oregon Health Plan (OHP) reimburses very generously compared to other states. This allows a mixed social demographic clinic to thrive through good and bad economic times. You also get to treat a portion of the population that otherwise is under-served and families are very grateful.
Ownership Option:
For the right fit, ownership/equity buy-in is an option. This option is not for everyone and is not offered without both sides feeling that partnership is in everyone's best interest. We are happy to discuss this with applicants and provide our written pathway to ownership structure.
