We are looking for an amazing Registered Dental Assistant that can work along side our board certified pediatric dentists by working their OWN column of pediatric patients as their own provider.
****If you do not have a license as a REGISTERED dental assistant, please do not apply for this position.****
Our ideal RDA would:
-Be confident and comfortable working with children of all ages
-Connect well with patients and parents
-Be proficient in prophy cup polishing, dental sealants, SDF, placing ortho spacers, inserting appliances, exposing and processing phosphor plate radiographs
-Great with patient education; supports the doctor by identifying necessary treatment and being willing to continue to grow clinically. Discusses child milestones and gives advised on diet, habits, and homecare.
-Able to both give and receive direction from team members
-Looks for creative and innovative ways to improve the patient and office experience
