What are we looking for in a new member?
- Searching for a team oriented, open-minded, flexible doctor who gravitates towards/enjoys oral surgery aspect of dentistry
- We are open Monday to Thursday from 7:30am until 5:00pm. Closed on Friday and no nights or weekends.
Our Facility has 8 ops and on-site lab
- Planmeca CBCT, KAVO ExpertSurg implant driver and straight handpiece, Bluesky Bio Implant system, rear exhaust Impact Air 45 surgical handpieces, Zoll Dental Titanium Nitride non-stick luxators, and Zoll/Schumacher/Hu-Friedy forceps
- Dentures are made on-site using Fricke Dental acrylic with Kulzer teeth. Our Elite level dentures are heat injected utilizing the IvoBase System from Ivoclar Vivadent. We are able to provide same day service to most patients.
Compensation and expectations
- $625 daily guarantee plus 30% of any surgery revenue produced by associate doctor
- Dr. Edwards is currently the only dentist and performs all oral surgery in the practice. The goal is for the new doctor to assume as much exodontia as possible currently performed by Dr. Edwards in order to allow him to step into a more administrative role in the practice
- Current yearly collections from exodontia alone are $659,000. An associate stepping into this role could expect to earn over $300,000
o Breakdown:
§ $625/day x 192 days worked/year = $120,000 base pay
§ 30% of current $659,000 from exodontia = $197,700
§ Total gross pay = $317,700
