Job Description

Associate Dentist
Duties:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning- Administer local anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
- Experience in a dental office setting preferred- Proficiency in medical imaging software such as Eaglesoft- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and the unique needs of young patients- Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic technique- Ability to assess patient vital signs and medical records- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients
