OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental practices and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. Your expertise in areas such as root canal therapy, oral surgery, and prosthodontics will be essential in delivering comprehensive dental services.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose dental issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, dental extractions, and oral surgeries.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs while considering their medical history.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care and clinic operations.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into your work.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the state of operation.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental procedures.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with prosthodontics and other specialized areas of dentistry is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of dentistry.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
