Job Summary
Part time with option to transition to full time. Minimum daily rate of $700/day or 35% of collection whichever is higher.
We are seeking a minimum of 2 years experience, skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of various dental procedures, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
Conduct various dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.
Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience or training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and infection control practices is preferred.
Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
