Requirements:
Valid KY Dental License (or willingness to acquire)
Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry
Comprehensive ââ¬ÅBread and Butterââ¬Â General Dentistry experience/knowledge
Confident in diagnosing patients and recommending proper treatment plans
1+ years of professional experience as a practicing Dentist
Must have current DEA registration numbers and controlled substance in the state of KY
KY Medicaid provider number (or willingness to acquire)
Preferred Skills:
Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry experience
Simple & Surgical Extractions
Endodontic Therapy proficiency
Ability to speak Spanish and English

Pay: $187,038.00 - $247,026.00 per year
