South Cove Community Health Center is looking for a candidate who can speak Mandarin OR Cantonese. South Cove is the premier Asian primary health care provider in the Greater Boston area. We have been providing value-based health care to the Boston Chinatown’s community for over 50 years and have expanded our delivery of care into the cities of Quincy and Malden. We now offer many services including medical, dental, optometry, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, imaging, and many other services.
Available Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Boston and Quincy ( require travel both location)

Essential Functions and Job Duties:

Practice general dentistry in the community health center dental department

Specific

Provide and completes documentation of oral examinations and diagnoses
Provide dental digital X-ray services for diagnosis
Provide preventive and restorative dental care
Provide minor oral surgery services
Develop internal systems such as equipment, inventory, appointment referral, follow-up, etc as directed by the dental director
Reinforces in universal precaution and infection control
Participate in dental disease prevention projects through educational and outreach activities

Qualifications:

DMD, Massachusetts Licensed
Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and/or Vietnamese and English preferred but not necessary
One or more years of practice
