Job Description
Lee Plaza Dental is seeking a full-time dental assistant. Someone who is a team-player and dependable. Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience is required. Knowledge of Dentrix and Itero is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed for treatments
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Assist dentist as needed in a variety of procedures
Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
Be attentive to the schedule and adapt as needed to ensure patients are taken care of in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Skills & Certification
Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience is required.
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Attention to details.
Well-organized and reliable.
Experience with Dentrix and Itero is preferred.
