OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures and excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative work.- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Monitor and record vital signs of patients prior to procedures.- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.- Assist with prosthodontic procedures as required.
