Job Description

Our wonderful assistant is moving, so we are in need of a full-time assistant M-Th from 7:45-5:00. You will be the only assistant.  We prefer a small, efficient team.  

Who We Are

We are a fee for service general and cosmetic dental practice. We are fairly well-established and have the kindest patients we could ask for many who we've been seeing for several years. We are at the intersection of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. 

Who We're Looking For

We are looking to hire a motivated, team player who is eager to learn. We are happy to train either an experienced assistant or a new grad. They must be personable, professional and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Applicant will be responsible for all chairside duties as well as sterilization and helping other team members during any down time. We do not micromanage. We believe in setting expectations for co-workers then allowing them to create their own systems for the fulfillment of those expectations. Dr. Bratton encourages creativity with staff; which has proven to be a formula for satisfaction and success within the practice.  That said, we also thoroughly train our new staff members on the basics.
