Job Description

Dental Receptionist – Full time - $1,500 Sign on bonus
First point of contact providing patient greeting, direction and excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $19 per hour
Job Duties
Greet patients with a friendly professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Back up check in / check out, completing all documentation, verification and educational needs of the individual role. Support throughout shift. Scheduling appointments, and insurance verifications
Adding insurance plans into Dentrix to include benefits break downs
Phone support- appointment verification, scheduling appointments and answering general questions.
Incoming / Outgoing dental releases-including importing dental x-rays
E-mailing of x-rays
Provides tablets to all appropriate patients.
Completion of new patient requests within 3 days of receipt.
Work collaboratively with department team to ensure efficient operations of the front office.
Work collaboratively with dental team to ensure the efficient and smooth access to patient care.
Completes all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
