Job Description

Come join our team! We are a private periodontal office looking for a part-time dental hygienist for 2-3 days per week. Our office is open Tuesday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm. You can choose the days and hours that work for you. Our second hygiene operatory will be yours to arrange how you like it.
Maintenance visits are scheduled for 60 minutes and two quadrants of scaling and root planing are scheduled for 90 minutes. Our office uses Fuse dental software for our electronic charts.
Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing.
Administer local anesthesia as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
