Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting optimal oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, infection control practices, and experience with dental systems such as Dentrix.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with infection control protocols and best practices in dental care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and improve clinic operations.
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Familiarity with infection control procedures and protocols.
Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour
