Job Description

Dolan Family Dentistry is looking to add a Dental Hygienist to our family-based practice. We are a modern, efficient practice that focuses on providing quality and friendly dental care to our patients.
The position has flexibility to be part-time or full-time. We see patients from 8:00am to 5:00pm and have the greatest need on Tuesday and Thursday. Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications, but we do offer options for monthly production bonuses in addition to the hourly pay rate to ensure our hygienists receive a competitive compensation for our region.
We schedule 60min for prophys, 40min for children, and 1:20 for SRP and new patients. We are fully digital with updated equipment and facilities.
Duties:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Qualifications:- Valid dental hygiene license in WV- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- General Supervision and Local Anesthesia certification is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision- Ability to work well in a team environment- Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 34 per week
