Job Description
Dr. I dental PC is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team! We are a rapidly growing practice located in Elmhurst, NY. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and dedicated individual who is looking to join a growing company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office setting, as well as the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Responsibilities:
Oral hygiene instructions
Prophy, SRP, fluoride treatments
Take patient histories and provide basic dental care
Provide patient education and recommend preventative measures (i.e., cleaning products, health services, etc.)
Manage patientââ¬â¢s charts
Qualifications: Dental Hygienist must posses a valid NY Dental Hygienist license, Knowledge of basic dental hygiene practices, Familiarity with dental instruments and computer software, Familiarity with common dental charting programs.
Part time position: Monday 10am-6pm, Thursday 9am-2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $53.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13 per week
Work Location: In person
