About the RoleAs the Front Desk Team Member, you are the first point of contact for our patients—whether that be face-to-face in the office or the cheerful voice on the phone. Your role is vital in initiating the positive and welcoming experience we seek to provide for everyone who interacts with our office. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Discuss treatment plans and payment options with patients (Don’t worry—we never try to “sell” dentistry; ask us about our philosophy on the cost of dental care).
Lead special projects (any one of us might have a good idea for the office; we’ll ask you to look into putting that good idea into practice).
Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure a smooth patient experience (this one is BIG; ask us why we value it!).
