About Midtown Dental of Lakeland
We are a well-established, friendly, and thriving dental office known for our consistency in delivering outstanding dental care in the Lakeland area. With support of multiple Practice Administrators and a highly trained clinical team, coupled with mentoring from the Owner who also works in the Practice, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of a very nurturing Private Dental Office.
We cultivate a positive environment and love to play games to nurture a vibrant team culture. Several times a year we go to Clearwater for Customer Service training and Team Building so you must love to travel and have a thirst for learning and growing.

You’ll need to have
· DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Florida
· DEA License as required
· NPI number
· Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
· Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of our patients
· Compassion for others
· Strong interpersonal skills
· A child like approach to having fun
· A thirst for growth
It’s a plus if you have
· 3 + years of clinical experience
· Open, Positive and Flexible Mindset
· Willing to grow
Physical Requirements
· Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Prolonged periods sitting and standing
· Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
Your typical work schedule hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4pm and Friday 6:30am – 3pm
