Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a long established private practice in the heart of Palm Beach County. Our practice includes 2 general dentists and a Periodontist. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience but 2 years preferred. Recent graduates will be considered. Duties:
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures as needed- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Assist with front office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license- Proficiency in medical records and documentation- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols- Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
