Responsibilities
Record and review patient medical histories
Provide clinical services or health education to improve and maintain the health of patients
Check patient records for medical alerts, dental history and pre-medication
Diagnosing and providing appropriate dental treatment including root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry
Manage continuing education requirements for professional certification
Keep up with the best practices, new technologies, and innovations in the field of dentistry
Lead with kindness: Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members
Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Colorado
Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet needs of patients
Engaged in patient flow and patient experience
Excellent communication skills
Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Ability to drive a team and hold people accountable
Strong attention to details
