OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and committed to providing high-quality dental hygiene services. Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health, including taking vital signs and documenting findings.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide exceptional patient care in a clinical setting.
Stay updated on dental terminology, procedures, and advancements in the field to enhance patient education.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry by engaging with young patients to ensure their comfort during treatments.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with dental assisting practices is a plus.
Experience using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of medical coding related to dental procedures is beneficial.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures, especially in pediatrics, is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
