Office Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we have a flexible 4-5 day work schedule with NO weekends!
Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities:
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to) :
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Accurate data entry skills
Develop productive schedules.
Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
Manage patient documents and records.
Process and complete claim forms.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Front Office experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred
Case presentation skills are highly preferred
Strong customer service experience is a required
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
