Northeast Philadelphia pediatric dental office looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join our team. 5-day work week, with 1 evening per week. No weekends. We are a single doctor practice with tight knit team that has been serving the community for over 30 years. The ideal candidate is hard working, detail-oriented, reliable, professional, a quick learner and team player, has positive personality and able to communicate well with both patients and colleagues. Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling patient for new and follow up appointments
Confirming appointments and answering phone calls
Providing insurance coverage estimates and verification of coverage
Collecting payments, co-payments and deductibles
Filing and following up with insurance claims, and submitting pre-authorizations to insurance companies
Pulling patient charts for upcoming appointments
Maintaining and keeping clinical records in order
Assisting with explaining treatment plans
Maintaining a clean and professional office environment
Skills / Qualifications:

Customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good computer skills
Experience working in dental / medical office and with dental management software (Preferred)
Speaking a foreign language (Spanish) is preferred
