Job Description
```Duties```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Perform dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Collecting fees with the help of remote receptionist/office manager.- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
```Experience```- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. We will train iof not experienced
- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning is preferred, but we will train.- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance is preferred- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix preferred- Strong understanding of dental assisting techniques and procedures- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental anatomy
