Hours:
Monday & Tuesday 7am-4pm; Wednesday & Thursday 8am-5pm
Seeking Monday and Thursday shifts, but adjustments could be made
Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. New Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:

Conducting prophylactic cleanings, therapeutic treatment of periodontal disease and periodontal maintenance
Removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth
Applying fluoride and sealants to teeth
Taking dental X-rays and interpreting results
Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Documenting patient care and treatment plans
Assisting the team during procedures as needed
Helping to sterilize instruments and disinfect hygiene operatories

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Oregon
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
Prior experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred, but not necessary
Proficient in dental software (Dentrix) or a willingness and ability to learn quickly
Digital radiography proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness and commitment to building relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Commitment to providing the best hygiene care you are capable of to our wonderful patients
Desire and commitment to contribute to practice as a team member

What We Offer:

Competitive salary $57-$63/hour depending on experience level and qualifications. Benefits package for FT positions, including medical insurance, in-office dental benefits for employee and immediate family, PTO, Paid holidays, Retirement contributions. Inquire about PT benefits.
