Job Description

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a temporary Dental Sterilization Technician for our thriving Dental practice at 19 Broadway in Newport, RI. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform prescribed methods of disinfecting examination rooms, specialty rooms, and dental equipment as articulated in EBCAP’s and OSHA’s Infection Control policies, procedures, and protocols, to minimize the spread of infectious disease. The Dental Sterilization Technician will organize, restock, and set up treatment rooms, dental laboratory, sterilization areas and X-ray equipment throughout the day, based on provider and patient needs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma/equivalent
Strong interest in the dental field
Customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
