Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dentist to work on Mondays from 9-5pm. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care to patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop proper oral hygiene habits.
Duties- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Conduct routine check-ups and cleanings- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests- Manage patient treatment plans- Maintain accurate medical records using Curve software- Adhere to infection control protocols in the dental office- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- State license to practice dentistry- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping- Experience with medical imaging techniques for dental diagnostics- Knowledge of oral surgery procedures and techniques- Familiarity with dental terminology, medical coding, and insurance billing practices- Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred- Specialization or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus
