OverviewOur growing team is excited to welcome a Lead DA to our dental family! If you're an experienced EDDA that loves working with kids, has a sense of leadership and enjoys working in a fast paced team environment, this is a great opportunity!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PM
You will be responsible for the following:

Provide direct training and development for Dental Assistants
Assist in the management of the clinical schedule and back-office flow
Provide a high level of chair-side assistance demonstrating a DA Level IV mastery of dental skills
Ensure the practice has adequate supplies to meet patient demands both in the clinical setting and with lab inventory 
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, employee handbook).
