Your Role
As our Associate Dentist, youââ¬â¢ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring patients receive top-tier care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and oral exams.
Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, implant restorations, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry.
Utilize medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnoses.
Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to deliver seamless care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry to continuously improve care.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using Eaglesoft software.
What Weââ¬â¢re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate professional with the following:
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD).
Active Missouri State Dental License.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
(Preferred but not required) Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) or General Practice Residency (GPR) training.
Skills:
Proficient in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Knowledgeable in implant placement/restoration, endodontics, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
