Compensation:

$50-55, dependant upon experience

Responsibilties:

Perform Cleanings of teeth and gums
Take necessary x-rays and take intra-oral pictures
Complete periodontal charting
Address patient's hygiene and restorative needs
Educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment
Documenting findings in the Practice Management software
Clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment
Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment and update the Practice Management Software
Provide an effective 2 and 1 Handoff, to doctor and appropriate admin team
Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) Meetings
Sterilize and re-stock all instruments and bags after each appointment
Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal
Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills
As open times occur, make calls to patients due and not scheduled in hygiene
Performs other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and State Licensing
