Job Description

A well established private general dentistry practice in Frisco seeking to hire a second dental hygienist to work 1 day/week.
Ideal candidate must be dependable, detailed oriented, efficient, team player and must have good communication skills. In addition to performing dental hygiene services candidate must be able to and develop rapport with patients and educate them in maintaining proper oral health care.
Requirements:-

At least an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene
Current state license
Excellent communication skills
At least 2-3 years’ work experience

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by performing dental cleanings and assessments.
Utilize dental terminology and medical records to document patient information accurately.
Assist in chairside procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
Stay updated on dental technologies and practices, including laser and relevant software.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $53.00 per hour
