Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)Location: Fusion Dental - Reston, Reston, VAPosition Type: Full-TimeSchedule:

Monday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
One Friday per month

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including perio maintenance (PMT) and scaling and root planing (SRP)
Conduct thorough charting and record patient information accurately
Perform digital x-rays and ensure diagnostic-quality imaging
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following infection control protocols

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
Experience in charting, perio treatment, SRPs, and taking x-rays
Dentrix experience (preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A patient-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering excellent care
