Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques- Take dental x-rays- Administer local anesthesia under the direction of the dentist- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans- Assist with various dental procedures and sterilization as needed- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in NJ- Proficiency in computer for patient management- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient communication and education
