## Responsibilities based on credentials but willing to train unlicensed dental assistant based on MN State allowance:- Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take and develop dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Conduct oral screenings for signs of disease- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
## Requirements- Certification or associate degree in Dental Hygiene- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist- Proficiency in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and dental terminology- Knowledge of medical imaging, medical coding, and infection control protocols- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
