Competitive Pay: Competitve Compensation plans based on experience, starting at $55/hr with uncapped additional bonus potential Schedule: Full Time 4 days per week, mutually agreed upon schedule with guaranteed hours, no nights or weekends! Sign on bonus: $10,000 paid out at 60 days

What are the must haves to join the team?
Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
CPR certification.
Certification in local anesthesia administration [variable by practice].

Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:
Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Qualifications:
Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
Current CPR Certification.
Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We use Open Dental as dental software, previous experience is preferred.
