Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:
Mid America Health is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Ohio team! This dental assistant position is a Full-Time, 40 hours per week position, at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, OH. This dental assisting position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry and offers competitive compensation of $18 plus per hour and full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and health savings account are available. NO late nights or weekends are required with this position!! This dental assistant position has a Monday through Thursday schedule, with hours that will most likely be 6 am until -4:30pm. There could be some flexibility with the hours. There is currently a $1000 sign-on-bonus for this full-time dental assistant position. Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties:
Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. No ortho or crown & bridge with very limited endo required. Some administrative duties are also required. You will be trained in this area.
Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications:
1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
Current CPR for Healthcare Providers and Ohio Dental Radiographer License are REQUIRED.
