The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients and assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Perform administrative tasks such as managing inventory of dental supplies.

Skills

Proficiency in dental receptionist duties within a dental clinic setting.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Familiarity with Curve hero similar systems for managing patient records.
Experience in sedation dentistry and invisalign system is a plus.
Ability to perform four-handed dentistry effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate medical documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $20.93 - $22.01 per hour
