Experienced Full-time Manager Assistant needed for a very rapidly expanding dental offices.
Manages office operations alongside the office manager. Responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing file systems and errands. The ideal candidate will have used Open Dental or a similar dental software. Handle bookkeeping for office-related income and expenses. Must enjoy posting payments, researching claims, work denials, and appeal claims. Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail. Order office supplies and equipment.Candidates must have an excellent understanding of dental Insurance company websites, obtaining EOBs, and working A/R. Works with HR and IT to set up new hires. Plans office events and team bonding activities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
At least 2 years of office management experience is preferred
