Responsibilities
Ensure patients feel comfortable during their visit
Sterilize dental instruments
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, periodontitis, occlusal disease
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral care
Take X-rays, traditional and digital dental impressions
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Schedule appointments
Answer phones and make confirmation calls as needed
Take intra-oral and extra-oral photographs
Discuss treatment along with treatment fees
Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements
Skills
Proven experience in Dental Community (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
Valid license to practice
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $38.00 - $42 /hr
