Elm Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is a brand new startup pedo/ortho office searching for a motivated, compassionate pediatric dentist to join our team! We are offering a highly competitive salary with sign on and production bonuses as the practice grows. Our experienced team will ensure that all business functions are taken care of, ensuring that our partner doctor can focus on achieving amazing clinical outcomes and interacting with the local community!
Highlights:

$1300 daily salary base or 40% collections (whichever is greater)
Up to $30,000 sign on bonus plus additional yearly bonuses for reaching production goals
Mentorship and training programs to learn about practice ownership

Option to become partner/acquire equity in office

Needs:

Motivated doctor willing to engage with patient base, community, and local dentists to grow the practice
2 year contract
Position starting at 2-3 days per week and growing as the office grows
NJ dental license and pediatric specialty permit

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $1,300.00 per day
