What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they receive personalized and high-quality care.
Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Collaborate with our team of skilled hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Stay current with the latest dental techniques and trends to offer the best possible care.

What We’re Looking For:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
At least 1-2 years of experience preferred, but we are open to new graduates who are passionate about patient care and eager to learn.
A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
