Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and comfort. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing preventive dental care, educating patients about oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities

Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
Screen patients’ periodontal health
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Perform oral cancer screenings
Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our 3T's model (Take care of our patients, Take care of each other, Thrive as a Team)

Skills

Current state license to practice dental hygiene
The confidence and ability to educate patients on their unique oral health needs and desires
Strong communication skills
A desire to embrace preventative centered care
The ability to perform all hygiene clinical procedures, including (but not limited to) adult and child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, and flouride Hygienists are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control trainings as required by law

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
